Canon R Series:

It would be super useful if we could control whether or not the camera (In this case: Canon R5) would fire the hotshot or not.

Use case: Real Estate and product photos.
I would run a bracket with the robot, which did NOT fire strobe, then switch the hotshot back to active, so I could shoot with whatever strobe exposures were needed separately.

I’ve been searching for this possibility, and if it was available, I’d buy a subscription today.

Thanks for making this dynamic system into a reality!

(and from one developer to another: congrats on your execution!)

Hello,

Cascable Studio don’t have the ability to control flash settings at the moment, but it’s something we’ve got queued up (including in our automation tools) for a future update. Stay tuned!

Any chance you can control the Camera Mode in Cascable? Being able to switch between Canon’s C1, C2, C3, etc modes would offer the chance to program each mode differently, and be able to change multiple camera settings at once, without disturbing the camera. (Again, super useful for ambient brackets combined with flash pops)
