Hi, just purchased the PRO license so I can use Cascable with my R5 for video shooting as external display. While t works fine while shooting, I am unable to preview videos. When in the gallery, I click the video, the thumb opens the white preview, then this preview windows turns off and it gets me back to gallery. I am unable to play both 8k and 4k videos.
Are there any specific formats being supported only? I use my R5 to capture 8k vids (24fps, Clog) and I absolutely need these to be previewed on iPad. As mentioned, I tried with 4k (24fps), no luck, same issue.

Hi there,
Right now, Cascable Studio doesn’t support playing video directly from a camera’s storage card. You can play the video by copying it to Cascable Studio’s internal storage first, then it’ll play from there assuming the iPad supports the codec in question.
