I have just purchased a copy of Cascable pro. I am wondering if there is function in this app to setup focus stacking? If so how? I am using Nikon z6.

You will need to use the Shutter Robot and thankfully they have an example of how to do Focus Stacking. You will likely have to experiment with how much to move the focus but it should be possible.

Focus stacking on Cascable ipad working very well. Thanks @Pieter_Lechner for the help. Here is one photo I took yesterday, 12 photos using Cascable recipes on ipad pro.
