Hi,

On how many iPhone and/or iPads can I use the pro version?
For 1 iPhone and 2 iPads on the same app-id.Do I have to pay once, or three times?

You’ll only pay once to use the app on three devices as long as you’re using the same Apple ID in the App Store on each device.

I guess that answers my question about Family sharing. My phone is on a different apple account than my laptop & iPad. If I cancel the subscription in the same hour that I started it, will it refund?

Hello,

No, the App Store doesn’t automatically refund cancelled subscriptions. You’ll need to contact Apple (Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support) and request it manually.
