When I plug my OM System camera’s SD card into my Apple device and import from it directly in Apple Photos, JPEG+ORF pairs get imported stacked. When I import over WiFi with the official OI Share app, however, such photos are imported as two separate images: one for the JPEG, one for the ORF.
I’d find Cascable Studio an invaluable tool for importing photos into Apple Photos wirelessly while on the go if it could import such pairs into Apple Photos stacked. I’ve checked the PhotoKit API documentation, and it does seem that this is supported. It would be a matter of Cascable Studio detecting these pairs and adding them to the Photos library as a single, stacked image.
