Looking but can’t locate how to make these settings or whatever else. User Guide, can’t find that either.

To do either of these tasks, go to the “Photos” section of the Cascable app.
To transfer to the Desktop, click “Add Location…” in the list of storage locations, then choose the Desktop. It’ll then be added as a destination to copy images to.
The flow is very similar for Photos, except you click “Connect to App…” then choose Photos from the list of apps.
Once you’ve completed these steps, your list of storage locations will look like the attached screenshot. You can drag-and-drop images to them, use the various context menus to copy images there, and use storage links to copy images automatically if you wish.
