Important: This is a publicly-accessible forum. Do not post personal details here, including email address, order information, or license keys. Doing so will get your post deleted and your license key revoked. For more information and how to ask for help in private, see the Do NOT post order details (payment info, license keys, etc)! post.

Code of Conduct

If we feel your post violates the code of conduct, we’ll remove it and ask you to try again. Repeated infractions will result in a ban.

This forum is for talking about Cascable’s products.

No Self-Promotion

It’s inappropriate to promote anything you have a vested interest in. This isn’t an advertising board.

Stay Civil (a.k.a Don’t be a ****)

We can understand being frustrated if you’re encountering a problem with one of our apps, but we’re regular folk trying to do our best to help (as is the case pretty much anywhere). So, leave your angry hat at the door and be constructive with feedback and problem reporting. We’re especially intolerant of personal attacks.

This is our forum, and we reserve the right to apply this code of conduct to posts we feel aren’t made in good faith even if they don’t technically violate anything written above.

How To Ask For Help

With that out of the way, let’s get to posting!

This forum is split up into sections for each of our apps, with an additional section for general camera compatibility. Please do search the forum to see if your question has already been asked, and put your post in the right section.

In general, the more information you can give, the better. Posts like “I can’t get my camera connected” give no information that’ll let us help.

To get help quickly and with less back-and-forth, please proactively include:

  • Which app you’re using, and what version.
  • Which camera you’re using.
  • How you’re connecting your camera (WiFi or USB?).
  • Which iPhone/iPad/Mac do you have?
  • Which version of iOS/iPadOS/macOS you’re using.
